Standard memberships – New worship sets will be available on the 25th before the new month. This allows you early access to the new sets so you can plan out your month accordingly. Old worship sets will be available until the 1st of the new month.

Custom memberships – For our new custom members, keep in mind that you will be provided standard worship sets during your first month. Your custom worship sets are being produced and made ready for you to use the second month. Every month after that, the new sets will be available on the 25th of the month.

Hymns Catalog – We are constantly updating our catalog each month as new videos are produced. We will notify our members when new hymns are added!

The deadline is the 25th of each month. This helps keep the production process on track so that your custom worship sets can be delivered to you in a timely fashion.

For your convenience, we’ve included a countdown on your dashboard to make it easy for you to remember when your requests need to be turned in. We will also send out courtesy emails to remind you to get this done before the deadline as well.

Standard Members – On the 25th of each month, you will have access to the new worship sets via a link on your dashboard. Consult the walkthrough video on your dashboard if you have trouble finding the link.

Custom Members – You will be sent/emailed access to your personal page containing all of the worship set videos each month. If you trouble at any point in this process, please let us know via the customer support form so we can help you.

Our add-on services include the following:
– Extra Song
– Extra Worship Sets
– Instrumental Background Music

The pricing of your request depends on whether the song is currently in our song bank or not. Songs that are in the song bank are $50/song. Songs not in our song bank are $75/song.  Instrumental Only tracks are $30/song.

The pricing of a worship depends on whether the 3 songs are currently in the song bank or not. For example, if all songs are in our song bank, then the price of your worship set is $150. If all three are not, then the price is $225.

When you submit a special request or add-on services, we will review your request and give you an estimate concerning the time, cost, and feasibility based on what you’ve requested, and where we are in our current production schedule.

For Hymn only memberships – The payments are recurring 30 days (monthly) after your initial payment.

For Standard & Custom Memberships – The payments are recurring every month on the 24th. Your first payment (the date that you sign up) will be at a prorated rate, and every payment after that will be made on the 24th at the full rate.

If you prefer an alternative payment option, please complete our customer support form, and we will work with you concerning your request.

It’s really easy! Click on the Member Menu button on the lower right corner to access your account details. Click on the “Your Account” button to view or change your plan at any time.

You will not be charged right away, but keep in mind that your new billing amount will be applied the next time your subscription renews.

If for whatever reason you are unsatisfied, please first consider submitting to us using the form in your dashboard. This way we have a chance to work with you to make it right.

If this doesn’t work, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Please keep in mind, we do not offer refunds, but you can retain access to your membership assets until the end of the billing cycle.

Good news! You have complete control over your account information, billing details and subscription from the member account menu! You can cancel your subscription at any time. You will maintain access until the end of the billing cycle, and your membership will not be renewed.

Due to the nature of our service, we can not provide refunds for memberships.

Referrals are important to us and we consider you partners in spreading the word about this service! We currently provide a 25% discount to you for each referral who signs up for a standard or custom membership. There is no limit to the amount referrals and discounts you can earn!

If you are able to play Youtube videos, you will be able to play ours as well! As a minimum requirement, you will need a strong/stable internet connection to prevent buffering (if you choose to play the videos directly from your membership dashboard). You will also need good quality speakers/sound system to play the music from the video.

If you choose to download the videos, you will need ample storage space on your computer drive, due to the extremely large file size.

How you choose to display the videos are up to you, and they have their own equipment requirements:
– Projecting on a screen
– Including in your live stream
– Playing the audio only
